About Dr. Brown

Danielle Brown, MD is double Board-Certified by the American Board of Dermatology in Dermatology & Pediatric Dermatology. She treats skin diseases in patients of all ages, and her interests include pediatric skin conditions, birthmarks, vascular lesions, family skin health, skin cancer, psoriasis, rashes, blistering disorders, and eczema.

Dr. Brown grew up in Louisiana. She attended Rice University in Houston, Texas, where she majored in Biochemistry and Global Health Technologies. She then attended Baylor College of Medicine where she earned her MD as well as a diploma in Tropical Medicine at BCM. In addition, she earned a Certificate of Knowledge in Clinical Tropical Medicine and Travelers' Health from the American Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene.

She then completed a Dermatology Residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, where she served as Chief Resident. While there, she earned the 2020 Leadership Award, the Humanitarian Service Award, and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After Residency, she completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Brown came to know the Lord at a very young age. She aims to daily show God's love through her work as a physician. She has a passion for international services and has served in Lesotho, Malawi, Peru, Honduras, and Nepal.
