I am a new patient and the customer care from front desk to exam room was exactly what one would hope for. Dr. Purser explain various options for my issue in detail which I appreciated. I am very pleased I decided to not see my previous dermatologist and chose Hill Country Dermatology instead.

Exceeded expectations from time I arrived until I left. My first visit. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Waiting area was clean and bright. I was met on time by the Doctor's assistant who prepared me for meeting Dr Purser. He was personable and explained thoroughly in terms I could understand what he found, how he would treat me, and what the follow up course would be. The check out was equally efficient. I highly recommend Dr Purser and Hill Country Dermatology.
