2 stars as people are friendly.
However - I do not expect to walk into a doctors office and see religious items to include a bible. I do not practice this faith and felt extremely uncomfortable.
5 minutes tops with the doctor only to be told theres nothing they can do for my cyst. Then charged $180 for nothing.
I do not recommend.

This is the nicest, cleanest, most helpful dermatologist office! They were quick to get me in and come up with a solution to my problem. Definitely use this office!

This review is for the clerk that would not ask Dr. Quintero, whom my husband adores, if he was willing to lose out on the revenue my insurance would pay. She literally put me on hold mid sentence. I have basil cell carcinoma. My insurance pays my physicians part and my part. It is a win win. My Insurance precertification approved my visit in as advance. We are self insured. I work remotely. Lonestar Medical, my primary Dr. is reimbursed very swiftly. It blows my mind how much revenue ignorance causes for our beloved physicians. She was rude. She was condescending and has no business in a patient facing role.

Always delightful and professional when I have an appointment. Dr. Brown puts me at ease and explains every procedure and is knowledgeable on things I need done. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Brown for approximately 4 yrs. Dr. Brown is a excellent doctor and very thorough. Everything is explained perfectly and I'm never in question when I leave the appointment.

I went in for a follow up visit following removal of a cancerous spot on my forehead. This was the second time I have had this type of procedure done. As always Dr Purser examined me and set me up for a follow up in 6 months. He is always so professional and explains things to me. The surgeon he sent me to see on both occasions did a wonderful job and the procedures left almost no noticeable scarring. I highly recommend Dr Purser and Hill Country Dermatology for any and all your dermatological needs.

Beautiful office in New Braunfels, professional and friendly staff. Doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns and provided information and options for all of them. I felt like he cared and definitely recommend their practice.
